Who we are

Asili ERP is a product of Infutureweb Technologies Ltd, Runda Shopping Center, First Floor, Suite #7, Along Northern Bypass, Opp. Two Rivers Mall, Nairobi, Kenya. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, business, email, phone number, and message content when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or submit a form requesting a demo or pricing.
• Analytics data — pages visited, general location (country/city level), device type, and referral source, via Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. This is aggregated and does not by itself identify you.
• Advertising identifiers — if you arrive via a Google or Meta ad, those platforms may use cookies to measure whether your visit led to an enquiry, per their own privacy policies.

Why we collect it

• To respond to demo requests, pricing enquiries and support questions.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful to visitors, so we can improve them.
• To measure whether our advertising is reaching the right businesses, and to avoid wasting your attention on ads that aren't relevant.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with: Google (Analytics/Ads) and Meta (Pixel) for the analytics and advertising purposes above, and our own team for responding to your enquiry. Each of those platforms processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. Email begin@ipos.co.ke and we will respond within a reasonable time.
