Run the whole business from its roots.
Point of sale, inventory, accounting, payroll and tax compliance — one system, one ledger, built in Kenya for the way African business actually works.

One system of record, indexed like your books.
Every module posts to the same ledger. No re-keying, no reconciling exports from five different apps at month-end.
Money handled end to end — and it posts itself.
Most systems record payments. Asili runs them: collection, allocation, disbursement and reconciliation, every shilling landing in the ledger the moment it moves.
↓ Money in
Cash, M-Pesa, bank transfer, card, cheque — plus customer advances and credit notes usable as tender, split across a single receipt.
Payments auto-apply against invoices oldest-first; credit notes and advances are offered before new money is asked for. Opening balances collectable like any invoice.
Ageing, dunning sequences and statement-to-pay links. Customers get a secure pay-link on every reminder — no login, no friction.
A voided payment reverses its journal, updates the invoice status and stays on record — visible, struck through, and audited.
↑ Money out
Batch supplier payments by due date, route them for approval, and disburse by EFT batch or cheque — with chequebook and leaf tracking built in.
WHT computed at source on the payments that need it, certificates tracked, remittance reports ready for filing.
Approved payroll posts salaries, statutory deductions and staff-loan recoveries automatically — one run, every account updated.
Floats established, disbursements categorised to the right expense account, replenishments approved. Small money, same rigor.
Built where your business lives, not translated for it.
Compliance is the foundation, not a plug-in.
eTIMS fiscalisation, hash-chained audit trails, maker-checker approvals and period-close controls are built into the core — because in this market, clean books are the business.
Made for the multi-outlet, credit-sales reality.
Branches, warehouses, vans and tills. Stock in transit, customers on terms, advances and credit notes — the messy middle other systems pretend doesn't exist.
Answers, not exports.
Every figure drills down to the document behind it. And when you'd rather just ask — "why did margin drop in Nakuru last month?" — the copilot answers from your own ledger.
From one till to forty branches, without changing systems.
Start with a single counter. Add outlets, warehouses, approval chains and payroll as you grow — it’s the same ledger underneath, so nothing ever needs migrating.
POS to payroll on one database. Turn modules on when you're ready for them.
Every sale, transfer and payslip posts to the same double-entry books. Nothing re-keyed, nothing lost.
Reconciliations run nightly, exceptions surface immediately — not on the 5th when it's too late.
The questions we get asked every week.
Is Asili ERP eTIMS compliant?
Yes. KRA eTIMS fiscalisation is built into the core, not bolted on — every receipt, invoice and credit note is submitted to KRA as it is issued, QR codes print on receipts, and a submission history is kept per document. Failed transmissions queue and retry automatically instead of vanishing.
Can it run multiple branches, warehouses and vans?
That is what it was built for. Every outlet, store, warehouse and van is a location on one ledger: one live stock position across the chain, inter-branch transfers with approvals and in-transit tracking, per-till cashups, and head-office reporting without phone calls.
Does it work with M-Pesa?
Yes — M-Pesa is a first-class tender at the point of sale alongside cash, bank, card, cheque, customer advances and credit notes, including split payments on one receipt. Every payment posts its own journal and reconciles against the bank.
Does it handle Kenyan statutory payroll?
Yes. PAYE bands, NSSF, health contributions and statutory levies are computed per current Kenyan rules, with payslips and remittance reports ready for each authority. Approved payroll posts straight to the general ledger, including staff-loan recoveries.
